Sessions in Wildflowerfire begin and end with a focus on priority. An introductory conversation will give you basic insight about Wildlfowerfire and uncover priorities to work on in the rest of the session.

Welcome to a Session


Once we have identified a focus, we’ll step you through several exercises. This will help clear and focus your system for further work on the table. They will also serve as supportive exercises to continue on your own, for at least a week.

Moving Meditations


Finally, once we’ve tuned you up with the moving meditations, you are ready for deeper work on a table. During this time we’ll delve into the priorities we’ve identified, and follow them through conenctions to other themes in your life. This often unearths stuck energy and creates space for the best place you can put your attention.
