Tuning energy centers enables them to vibrate in harmony with each other, and the world. Untuned, it is difficult to allow any one of them to resonate with much intensity, because they will clash. Tuned centers can resonate with great vibrancy, allowing you to engage, and create your life, within several more dimensions.

The Chakras can be tuned. With Color, Sound, Kinisthetic awareness... and more ways than I can detect! Like strings on a guitar, they adjust to shift their wavelengths. Also like many musical instruments, they can be tuned in relation to each other... and tuned in relation to base frequencies of the Earth.

I start with the Heart. By tuning the Heart to the natural resonance of the Earth, and then tuning the rest of the Flowers to the Heart. The most stable way I have found to do this is by circling the balances. Heart is balanced by Crown... so tune the Crown to the Heart... then the balance of the Crown - Throat, Pelvis, and so on through all twelve. This elegant approach may include 'Kriyas', harsh, subtle, awkward or even pleasurable energy releases, as Chakras shift.
