Set it in the Solar Plexus, draw down insightful balance from the Forehead, then plant it in the Lungs... Finally understand a block to expressing your power? Center it in the Navel, open to the Eyebrow's balance... and sing it out!

Feel an odd disturbance in the force? Ask the chakras. Get a vague intuition where a project can go next... stabilize it. Feel inexplicably awkward in conversation? Where do you FEE:L it, look in and understand more. Cut through fear with the third Eye, Balance overwhelmingly charged passion... stabilize grief, ask for guidance. Then surrender even more, and allow An Angel to play you!

The gift of this practice is a more magical life. I Am becoming ever more capable of facing and transforming confusion and fear. I Am maintaining intensitities and stillness with deepening grace. I Am imagining well beyond old boundaries. I Am focusing my dreams, preparing them with care, and increasingly enjoying each step...
